This page provides a summary of the most frequently asked questions raised by people considering staying at Madeley Manor. However, should you still have a question to raise that isn't covered then please don't hesitate to contact us.

What is included in my fees?

Our weekly fees provide round the clock care. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All meals, laundry, domestic services and any incontinence products are also included in our weekly fee.

Can I get help in my room when I need it?

Yes! All our bedrooms have a nurse call system enabling you to contact staff at any time should you require assistance.

Can I choose what time to go to bed?

Of course! At Madeley Manor we like to provide our residents with choices; every effort will be made to ensure that your 'individual' wishes are met.

Of course! We actively encourage all our residents where possible to maintain links with their friends and family in the local community.

You will also have opportunities to participate in various excursions organised as part of our activity programme.

Can family and friends visit me?

Yes. You can receive visitors at any time. If you would like some privacy and you do not wish to take visitors to your room, then we will provide alternative arrangements.

Can I have a telephone and television in my room?

Yes. We have a number of portable televisions for personal use, which will be offered subject to availability.

There is a payphone available, but any resident wishing to have a telephone in their room for their own private use, will have to enter into a separate agreement personally with B.T.

Will their be a choice of menu?

Yes. There are always alternatives to choose from. If you prefer something to eat which isn't on the menu then every effort will be made by our experienced cooks to accommodate your tastes or special diet.

Do I have to take my meals in the dining room?

No, you may, as an alternative, have your meals served in your room. The choice is yours.
