Full time Registered Manager / Matron
Madeley Manor Care Home Limited are currently seeking a Registered Manager / Matron, to assist our General Manager. We are a 42 bed home registered for nursing and residential care, caring for the elderley with varying dementia and physical disabilities.
With a sound understanding of the Care Standards you will deputise in the absence of the General Manager in planning, directing, delivering and monitoring the provision of person-centered high quality care to all residents and you will strive for continious improvement in the service delivered. The ability to inspire, manage and supervise all nursing and healthcare staff is essential. You must have good leadership and motivational skills to ensure your team is reaching highest standards.Madeley Manor Care Home Limited is fully committed to learning and development and will provide support and professional training.
RMA desirable but not essential (can be working towards this)

Part Time Healthcare Assistant
We are currently seeking healthcare staff to join our friendly and committed team at Madeley Manor Care Home, a 42-bed care home. We care for the elderley with dementia and physical disability. Successful candidates must have a genuinely caring nature, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.
As a Healthcare Assistant you will attend to the physical and emotional care needs of residents in your care, promoting a person-centred holistic aproach to care, playing a key role within the home. This is a rewarding career choice where you can make a real positive difference to people's lives.
Experience in care work is desirable but not essential as we will provide comprehensive training in our specialist areas of care. Madeley Manor Care Home staff are supported to deliver the highest possible standards and to ensure that this happens we offer regular ongoing training.
