We pride ourselves on knowing each of our resident's care and social needs. To do this from the outset we need to get to know you a little better. So, in advance of your stay, we will spend time discussing a personalised care plan with you and your family, incorporating any special needs and requirements you may have.
Once you arrive for your stay with us, you will be introduced to your own dedicated carer, who will be given the lead responsibility of helping you to settle in to our Home. Once we get to know you better, the care plan will reflect your particular needs.
Your named carer will also make sure that your personal care plan is reviewed and agreed with you regularly, ensuring that all the staff within the Home are fully up-to-date with any treatments that you may need.
